After entering the driver's cab, you can remove the remote control and manually test the car inside the cab.
4. After the test drive is completed, turn the rotary button to the remote control operation position in the driver's cab, and keep the electric lock closed. Do not remove the electric lock key; Then wear the remote control correctly before going to the crane beam for remote control testing.
5. At the safe position of the crane beam, press the start button for 2 seconds, then press the start button again and ring the bell (at least 2 times, each time not less than 2 seconds). 6. After power on, test the emergency switch three times to confirm that the emergency switch button is effective and there is no obstruction before getting off the car for a test drive.
7. The test drive must be carried out in the order of large vehicle, small vehicle, main hook, auxiliary hook, and auxiliary small vehicle to ensure effective safety limit and not operate with defects.
8. When accelerating, gradually shift up and stop for 1-3 seconds between gears; When decelerating, downshift step by step and it is strictly prohibited to use the gear self reset function to automatically return to gear.
9. Remote control operation, the crane operator needs to control the operation within 15m, and it is strictly prohibited to exceed the 15m range.
10. The crane must face the lifting object in the forward direction, and it is strictly prohibited to face the crane locomotive from the back or side (note that when facing the sliding line in the forward direction, the remote control operation direction should be consistent with the actual direction). When operating the crane, it is strictly prohibited to chat with others.
11. When the task is completed or the remote control is temporarily not used, press the emergency switch button in a timely manner to ensure that the crane does not move after the operation stops.
12. It is strictly prohibited to knock, touch, or drop the remote control, and it is strictly prohibited to dismantle the remote control privately.
13. Except for the daily inspection period of the crane, the remote control must be worn correctly during other working hours.
14. It is strictly prohibited for non staff to touch or operate the remote control.
15. After the completion of this task, wipe the remote control clean and hand it over to the shift for safekeeping.
16. Ensure sufficient power supply, replace the battery promptly when the LED red light on the remote control flashes, and charge the battery in a timely manner.
