The reason is that the hook assembly did not rise to the necessary height, causing the car to travel unsteadily or be pulled diagonally, resulting in strong swinging of the heavy hook and causing the pulley to collide with other objects; In addition, the driver violated the operating procedures by not checking the lifting of the limit switch and not paying attention to the lifting of the hook, resulting in the hook "going up" and damaging the pulley ring.

The hidden dangers that are not easily encountered in hook groups are often cracks at the bottom diameter of the hook tail thread or empty tool slots between the thread and the rod due to stress concentration. When repairing, remove the hook nut, clean the dirt on it, and carefully inspect it. In addition, it is necessary to regularly check whether the hook nuts, bolts, or other connecting components are loose or cut off to prevent the hook from falling off on its own. Also check the corrosion of each hook nut on the tail thread of the hook, and apply lubricating grease if necessary.

Insulation pads, insulation sleeves, etc. The sleeve on the insulation hook should not be broken and should be checked regularly to remove dust in a timely manner. It should be dried immediately after being damp. Lubricating grease should be added regularly to lubrication points and hinge points, and the thrust bearing under the hook nut should be lubricated regularly.
