Crane Wireless Pedal

The truck crane has two cabs, the driver cab and the operator cab. Both cabs are equipped with an accelerator pedal. The accelerator pedal in the driver cab is for driving the vehicle on the road, while the operator cab one is for giving gas when the crane lifts something.

● The original accelerator works in the way of hydraulic oil pressure. Frequent oil leakage results in failure to control the size of the throttle and this often causes breakdown.
● The hydraulic type accelerator is very heavy and need to be trampled with great effort. The driver's foot will be painful after long time working.
● The operator cab accelerator is extremely easily to be damaged during frequently rotation. Maintenance work after failure is particularly inconvenient and time-consuming.

Wireless accelerator pedal system can perfectly solve above problems. This system has two parts, one part is the accelerator pedal with controller and the other part is the throttle motor with controller. These two parts are connected by wireless signals just like a remote control. This perfectly solves the problem of accelerator's breakdown in operator cab caused by center rotation. The wireless accelerator pedal is as soft and comfortable as a high-end car. It doesn't need to trample hard and it won't hurt operator's foot anymore.

● The left part in above picture is the accelerator pedal with controller. To be installed in the operator cab.
● The right part in above picture is the throttle motor with controller. To be installed near the truck engine.
● There is wireless control between two controllers.

(Installation requires no professionals, even wrong phase connection will not burn the product):
1. Step 1: Test. Connect two controller's cable directly to the positive and negative electrodes of the battery, then the retractable rod of the motor will all come out. Press the pedal a little bit, the motor will retract a little. Press the pedal down half, the motor will retract half. Press all down, the motor will retract all back. Simulate the action of pulling the engine throttle. If everything is OK,the product is working well.
2. Step 2: Use welding or other method to fix the motor bracket onto a suitable position, then fix the motor to the bracket. The motor must be kept 2 meters away from the engine, to avoid damage by engine heat.
3. Step 3: Find a long enough throttle cable (wire rope), connect one end to the engine throttle and the other end to the spring of the motor. Connect the 24V power supply to the motor controller (it must be controlled by the key, and power must be cut off when not in use. Do not connect the power supply directly to the generator). Adsorb the motor controller antenna on a open space above the floor and ensure there is no obstacle between this antenna and the pedal controller antenna.
4. Step 4: Use screw to fix the pedal on the operator cab floor,connect 24V power supply to the pedal controller(must be controlled by the key), and adsorb the antenna on the outside roof of the operator cab. Ensure there is no obstacle between this antenna and the motor controller antenna.
5. Step 5: Keep these two antennas within 500 meters far is fine, no need too close and no need protection from rain water.
6. It is recommended that do not remove the original accelerator for emergency use.

● Pay attention to the installation direction of the motor controller. Waterproof joint (where the power cable comes out) is installed downward, so as to prevent water from going into the gap of the joint.
● Do not apply lubricating oil on the motor retractable rod. Make sure that the throttle pull line is free to move back and forth.
● It is forbidden to disassemble any part without consulting us. This may cause more components damage,and invalidate the warranty.
